ABOUT US

The Child Success Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 by Melissa Idelson, a well-recognized occupational therapist and child development advocate.

As the owner of a therapy center, Melissa has seen hundreds of children whose lives were transformed because they received essential developmental, behavioral and learning support early in their childhood.  She has also witnessed the heartbreak of families whose children are in desperate need of services they simply cannot afford.

The foundation’s focus is to provide financial assistance in the form of grants to children, from infants through middle school, who are struggling with developmental and learning challenges.  This funding gives them access to the right support at the right time and gives them the gift of success in school, at home and in life.
